So we are in a position where the other parent of their child are no longer together.Whether or not fighting to agree, it’s often good to make sure that you are looking for a way to have contracts for custody and visitation clearly stated in legal documents. It is also important to make sure that every part is fully understanding the terms are agreed. This will help ensure that there is a lot of problems later down the road.
There are two types of agents out there. There are private intermediaries who recruit, and then there is a court appointed mediator.
