A Few Things You Should Know About Copyright

Copyright arises automatically without the author must meet or observe the formalities. What is required is that work has certain requirements. In this case, protection arises automatically when job is stored in electronic or paper.
The authors of copyright works still need to identify and protect copyrighted works.This can be done by:
a) identify all materials that are likely to have copyright protection,
b) ensure that the appropriate assets and licensing agreements in force,
c) ensure that the assignment of copyright and moral rights of the exemptions included in the written agreement of the commissioning of the equipment and if that fails, set the task of a separate copyright and waivers to obtain from third parties;
d) maintain adequate records. Authors must sign and date their work and, if the duration of copyright, the date of first marketing article should be recorded.
